Refund policy

All sales are final and Hair Bakerie does not issue cash refunds. Hair is nonrefundable and may only be exchanged if it is unopened, unused, unaltered and remains in its original packaging. Hair products may only be exchanged if they have not been opened, used, nor tampered with. Approved returns will be issued as a Hair Bakerie gift card or exchange for an item of equal value. Hair Bakerie reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
