Shipping policy

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed and processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided once an order is shipped. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address and Hair Bakerie cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins processing. Carrier delays and severe weather may affect delivery dates and are outside Hair Bakeries control. Missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered packages should be reported promptly so Hair Bakerie can assist with the appropriate carrier claim or resolution.
